I'm an engineering leader with professional experiences ranging from Google, Microsoft Research and NASA, to leading engineering at a startup that was acquired by LinkedIn and then Microsoft for $225 million in just over 3 years.

I specialize in building and growing engineering teams and organizations, focused on turning massive amounts of data into actionable insights and "magic" products using machine learning and artificial intelligence. I also co-founded C3 Ventures, focused on funding early-stage tech startups.
